What is not included
Membership fees do not include filters, replacement parts, refrigerant, repairs, installations, code upgrades or equipment cleaning beyond standard maintenance.
Priority, not a guaranteed time
Members are placed ahead of non-members where appointment availability allows. Immediate or same-day service is not guaranteed.
Equipment condition
Equipment must be safely accessible and serviceable. Additional systems, neglected equipment or specialized equipment may require added cost.
Recurring membership
